1. What OffersPath Does

OffersPath is an AI-powered tool that helps job seekers create tailored resumes, practice for interviews, research salaries, and discover similar job opportunities. We use artificial intelligence to generate content based on the information you provide.

2. Your Account

You can use OffersPath without an account (free tier). If you sign in with Google, we store your name and email for account identification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Free and Paid Plans

• Free: 2 resumes per month, 3 interview questions, PDF export with watermark.
• Pro ($24/month or $16/month annual): Unlimited resumes, full interview prep, salary research, all templates, watermark-free exports.
• Lifetime ($79 one-time): Everything in Pro, forever. No recurring charges.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@offerspath.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by OffersPath (resumes, interview answers, salary data) is created by AI and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee:

• That generated content is 100% accurate
• That using our resumes will result in job offers
• That salary data reflects exact current market rates
• That interview questions will match actual interview questions

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before submitting it to employers.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (job descriptions, experience, contact info) and all content generated for you (resumes, interview answers). We do not claim any rights to your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use OffersPath to generate fraudulent or misleading resumes
• Misrepresent qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

8. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. In short: your data stays on your device, we don't sell it, and AI processing data is not stored.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service at any time. We'll try to notify you of significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

OffersPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate salary data, or resume content issues.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OffersPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
